Output Messenger Cluster Server :
Output Messenger Cluster Server will be useful for providing Customer Support to your clients, link multiple branch Output Messenger Server users etc.
How to :
Server 1 and Server 2 are using the Output Messenger Server. Server 1 user “Wilson” wants to communicate with Server 2 user “Oliva”. These actions can be done using the Output Messenger Server Manager > Interlink Server.
Note : The server identification name can be any value. To connect to a Remote Server, you need to know its identification name to send the request.
In Remote Server 1, user “Wilson” is displayed in the userlist.
On Remote Server 2, “Olivia” is displayed in the userlist as a local user. Next, “Olivia” has to add “Wilson” from Remote Server 1.
Step 4 : Set the server identification name and access key for Remote Server 2.
Step 6 : Remote server 2 receives a notification displayed in orange to indicate that Remote Server 1 shared users are waiting for acceptance.
Step 7 : Remote Server 1 is added with the server IP address, hostname, and identification name in the Remote Servers list.
Step 8 : Accept the Remote Server 1 shared user “Wilson” displayed in this tab list.
Step 10 : Then share the local user “Olivia” with Remote Server 1.
